  • Derek Jones

    Co-Founder

    Derek Jones was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado, and accepted the Lord when he was 17 years old. While attending CSU, God provided an opportunity to minister within the local church. Soon after, he felt God calling him to full-time ministry and he has been serving ever since. Derek has served at three different churches in Ft. Collins, Boston, and Denver and recently completed his 20th year of ministry. A lifelong Colorado sports fan, he believes sports is one of the best evangelism tools. As someone who began ministry at the age of 19, Derek has a heart to empower young leaders to use their gifts to serve the local church and build God’s kingdom. He and his wife, Firdaus, have been married for 15 years and have 3 boys.

  • Nathan Weidenkeller

    Secretary

    UFPI Industries (Fortune 500 Company, Publicly Traded: UFPI), 18 years. Nathan has held roles of increased responsibility with the company including Purchasing, Sales, Sales Manger, Regional Sales Manager and General Manager of Operations. Nathan managed a facility outside of Houston, TX which conducts business in five of their company market segments with annual revenue in the hundreds of millions and over 500 employees. Nathan brings the following skills to GFChrist: Purchasing, Sales, Operations and Management.

  • Todd Neel

    Co-Founder / Treasurer

    Former CPA with KPMG. Worked at several acquisition companies until starting with Sola Salon Studios (Sola) in 2005. Sola had three company stores and after 15 years the company grew to 679 company and franchised locations. At Sola Todd held every position except legal and marketing (i.e., leasing manager, accountant, franchise sales, franchisee training, conference planning, store design, construction, site selection, COO, CFO, co-CEO, and janitor). Sola was opening one store per month until 2012 when the concept exploded and set a new pace of a store per week. Today Sola operates in 42 states and opened its 679th location in August 2023. Todd retired from Sola February 2020. Todd brings the following skills to GFChrist;, operations and accounting.
